Small Items
Small items will be shipped via Royal Mail Second Class. Please allow sufficient time for items to arrive. Cotswold Pet Supplies will keep a proof of posting in the event of any items not being delivered or lost by Royal Mail. Occasionally Royal Mail do lose or not deliver parcels. This is out of our control and we will endeavour to resend the item.
Larger Items
Larger items such as large bags of dog food will be shipped by courier. Please allow 2 -3 days for delivery.
