At Cotswold Pet Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Changing Your Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you wish to cancel.
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, with their original packaging. Certain goods, including sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, may be excluded from cancellation rights once unsealed.
Return Postage Costs
For unwanted items or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items reach us safely.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@cotswoldpetsupplies.co.uk.
We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. Where required, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
For cancellations covered by your statutory right to cancel, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Where required by law, refunds will include the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for premium or express delivery are not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
