Changed your mind?
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused, unopened where applicable, and in a condition suitable for resale. Please return items in their original packaging where possible.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive the returned item and check its condition, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
Dog food, treats and other consumable products
For hygiene and safety reasons, dog food, treats and other consumable products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in perfect condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened food or treats simply because your dog does not like the product or it does not suit them.
If your dog is fussy or sensitive, we recommend starting with a trial bag where available before ordering a full-size bag.
Harnesses, coats and accessories
Harnesses, coats and accessories can be returned if they are unused, clean, free from dog hair, odour or marks, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Please try items on indoors first and avoid outdoor use until you are sure the fit is right.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the problem
- photos if the item is damaged or faulty
We will arrange the best solution, which may be a replacement, refund or return depending on the issue.
How to arrange a return
Before sending anything back, please contact us first so we can confirm the return details.
Please include your order number and the reason for return.
Returned items should be packed securely. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post on their way back to us.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
