Postage Rates:
UK
Small Items up to 750 grams - £1.99
Small Parcel up to 2 kg - £2.49
Medium Parcel up to 3 kg - £3.49
Europe
Large Letter up to 500 grams = £6.99
Small parcel up - 500 grams to 2 kg = £8.99
Medium Parcel - up to 2 kg £9.99
For Delivery, the following criteria must be met:
Cleared funds in full
IMPORTANT: DELIVERY is subject to stock availability and couriers delivering on time. Cotswold Pet Supplies cannot be held responsible for any delivery service delays (3rd Party i.e. Royal Mail.) Cotswold Pet Supplies reserves the right to over-ride any decision.
Small Items
Small items will be shipped via Royal Mail. Please allow sufficient time for items to arrive. Cotswold Pet Supplies will keep a proof of posting in the event of any items not being delivered or lost by Royal Mail. Occasionally Royal Mail do lose or not deliver parcels. This is out of our control and we will endeavour to resend the item.
Larger Items
Larger items such as large bags of dog food will be shipped by Courier
Returns
Buyer to cover the cost of any Returns
Dog Harnesses and Accessories: Items to be Returned must be in original condition and suitable to re-sell Once received we will issue your refund. Please allow 5 days from receipt of goods to process refunds
Note: We cannot issue replacement dog harnesses / refunds for items clearly chewed or damaged in some way by the dog
Dog Food, Treats and perishable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for dog food or perishable items (supplements or treat) unless unopened and in perfect condition
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for dog food or treats unless defective. A particular product may not suit your dog but this is not a defect. Please donate any unwanted food / treats / perishables to your friends or rescue centre.
